At Ascot Solutions, we operate as a virtual consulting firm, drawing resources from many sources to construct custom client service teams for each assignment. We work with a number of different service providers, ranging from individual practitioners with specialized knowledge of particular industries or challenges to world-class international consulting firms.

The use of a virtual consulting model provides many advantages to our clients. As we do not have a fixed staffing base, we can design teams around our client’s needs rather than designing project approaches around our resource base. We are also not constrained to use junior staff because they need chargeable hours or training, but can instead access professionals who have extensive experience with highly specialized skills – such as structuring a reporting system for a non-profit organization, or conducting a social media audit, or developing a marketing strategy and presentation to obtain venture capital funding. At the same time, our relationship with major multinational companies gives us the ability to provide service outside Canada without incurring substantial travel and visa costs. And finally, the use of a virtual model eliminates many of the cost overheads associated with a conventional consulting operation, making us highly cost-competitive.
